I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link that's good for 15 minutes.

How do I add team members?

From the in-app dashboard, go to Settings → Organization → Members. Members in your org can be assigned roles: owner, admin, editor, or viewer.

How do I delete my account?

From the in-app dashboard go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible — your short links will stop redirecting and all data is purged within 7 days.

A short link of mine isn't working.

Check that your link is active in the dashboard and that the destination URL is reachable. If it's a custom-domain link, also verify the domain's DNS is still configured correctly. If everything looks right, email support with the short URL.

Is my analytics data deleted when I downgrade?

We retain analytics for the time window of your *current* plan. Downgrading to a plan with a shorter retention window means older data becomes inaccessible until you upgrade again.

Can I export my data?

Yes — every plan can export their links and click analytics from Settings → Export. CSV and JSON are supported.
