Last updated: April 19, 2026
Qurly is committed to keeping the web safe. If you've encountered a Qurly short link that you believe violates our Acceptable Use Policy, we want to hear about it.
What we action
We review reports for, but not limited to:
- Phishing — pages designed to harvest credentials or personal data
- Malware — links that distribute viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
- Spam — links sent in bulk through unsolicited messaging
- Copyright or trademark infringement — including DMCA notices
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported immediately to NCMEC
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats targeted at individuals or groups
How to report
The fastest way is the form below — it goes straight to our trust & safety queue and is protected by automated abuse prevention to keep reports themselves spam-free.
You can also email abuse@app.qurly.dev directly. Please include the short URL, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, the destination URL, timestamps).
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and action confirmed abuse promptly — typically by disabling the short link, suspending the offending account, and where appropriate, cooperating with law enforcement. CSAM is escalated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Law enforcement requests
Law enforcement personnel with valid legal process should email legal@app.qurly.dev rather than using this form.
